eHost offers website hosting services. By using our website hosting services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding website content, data privacy, and intellectual property rights. You are responsible for the content hosted on your website and ensuring that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
eHost utilizes Stripe as the payment processor. By using our services, you agree to comply with Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy.
Customers are required to provide accurate and up-to-date billing information. You authorize eHost to charge the provided payment method for any recurring fees or additional services. Invoices are generated and sent to customers based on their chosen billing cycle.
eHost reserves the right to suspend any account that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP), as described below, or if there is evidence of unauthorized access or suspicious activity. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before suspending your account, except in cases where immediate action is required to protect the integrity and security of our services or comply with legal obligations.
