Auto update your server jar:
Before we continue, You will need:
- Any plan.
Before we continue with the guide, I will be using the ServerJars auto updater which contains auto updates for:

| Minecraft bedrock | Nukkitx and Pocketmine |
| Modded | Mohist, Forge, Catserver and Fabric |
| Proxies | Bungeecord, Velocity, Waterfall and Flamecord |
| Minecraft java | Bukkit, Paper, Spigot, Purpur, Tuinity and Sponge |
| Vanilla | Snapshot and Vanilla |
(Note they don’t support other custom spigots / proxies.)
1. Login to our panel and navigate to your server.
2. Download and install the ServerJars auto updater tool into your server’s directory.
3. Now make sure to set the server startup jar to the ServerJars auto updater.
4. After that run your server and it will prompt this message:
You can either press n and it will make a config for you or make the config by yourself install paper by default, you can configure it by yourself by editing the “serverjars.properties” file].
That’s my config if you would like to use it:
It will automatically install PurPur and update it on every restart(if there’s an available update.)
5. Then you should be fine by using the auto updater. Note: make sure to keep the startup jar as the auto updater and not the jar that it downloads.
